For those of you keen to continue on from your Wilton Buttercream course we are now offering Wilton’s Gum Paste and Fondant course.
Designed for beginners the class will include:
Covering cakes in fondant

Individual flowers, roses and lilies
Cake top bows
Floral Sprays
Cost: $180 - This covers the Wilton Student Kit which includes modeling tools, forming cups, variety of fondant cutters; and student manual.
Requirement list will be given upon registration. Please note that you are required to have taken the Wilton Buttercream course before starting Wilton Gumpaste and Fondant.
